Ty's First Swim Meet (videos)

Ty did an amazing job in all of the events he competed in.  What is spectacular is that he is the youngest boy on the team at 5 years old (his age group is 8 years old and younger)!  He said he had fun, and that is what matters most.  I am super proud of him and am looking forward to seeing him grow more with the sport.  Below are the four events he competed in (he was the last swimmer in the medley relay and then the second swimmer in the freestyle relay):

Event 1 - 100 yard Medley Relay

Lane 5 for the medley relay and free style and I think it's lane 4 for back and the freestyle relay. He has a pretty good dive. He comes out of the water too much on the freestyle, because he stops kicking... but we have some time to work on it. Can't stop saying how proud I am of him. It's a lot to take on at the age of 5.
