Hanging out for Daddy's Bday. Ty's first try and mariokart. He actually was able to move forward and backwards and even turn. To be honest, after a few more tries he'll probably beat me. Who's up for a game?

I'm not sure of the official totals, but I think we got around 2 feet of snow (more with the drifts). Ty didn't last long climbing through the mounds but we had fun while it lasted. [more]

Tyler's First Dental Checkup

Ok. I know every parent thinks their child is awesome, but I have to say our kid is pretty cool. I do wonder what's going on inside that brain of his though. Yesterday, Ty had his first dental checkup. I guess the average age is 3 or so. I've been hearing about all these young kids getting cavities though and since Nana works as an office manager at the dentist office and he was covered by insurance we brought him in. I told the hygienist that he should be good and well that was an understatement. Like he does time and time again, Ty just soaked it all in. [more]

Ty's an old pro at apple picking, having been once or twice a season since he was born. This year we tried the corn maze. We sort of just followed Uncle Stevo as he read the map... but it was a good time. Gorgeous weather, good exercise, time with the family [more]
